I'm in the technical fellowship at a large company, and a CISSP. My experience in identity management includes directories (X.500, LDAP, metadirectory, virtual directory), federation, provisioning, Web Access Management & SSO, security for Web Services, smart cards, PKI, RBAC, and email address synchronization (where identity management started before it moved into security).
