A couple months ago we made another couple tweaks to our identity model (see v20 below), and nothing has changed recently. I think that means we're pretty satisfied with it's current state. We had a grueling couple months trying to figure out our direction for dealing with multiple personas. Now we're evangelizing our new direction and seeking support from around the company.
The new economy has curtailed most of my involvement in external activities. I'm now asked to focus more on internal projects. So to many of my friends, it may appear I'm hibernating until economic conditions improve.

What a pity that you have to do different work.
But your model is excellent, and we might profit from this in our coming ID Strategy work.
I'm not really doing different work; I just have to focus it more to internal projects. I'm still leading our effort to build our Identity Roadmap (the next topic to consider is application identity, including web services, web service consumers, service accounts, etc.). Also working on other identity and security projects such as replacing our old one-time password system, provisioning, portal security model, federation, looking at outsourcing portions of our IdM, etc.
If you end up using this model, please let me know so I can claim it's useful even beyond my company.
Very interesting model. I need to study it more closely. Keep up the good work!
It is almost a year from the last update. Are you still working on the model? Are there any new updates?
Radovan points out that it has been a long time since I've updated the model. We've not made any more changes to it in the past year. We've been using the model for several projects, and it has proven useful to help people describe identity concepts using common vocabulary. We may revisit it again in the coming months to see if it needs refreshing, but for now the model gets used in its current state.
Thanks for sharing. I learnt a lot from your site. I would also like to share some very useful information with you all about smart card . Make sure you check it out.
Very interesting model. I need to study it more closely.

Antique jewelry, a term applied to jewelry over a hundred years old, is now a favorite with the prospective brides, too.
